WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
All ready to ship items will ship within 24 hours. Custom orders have a current processing time of 5-7 business days for any sewing orders and 7-21 days for all crochet orders. If you need an item sooner, there is a listing for a RUSH FEE available, which will bump your order to priority and reduce the processing time. Please remember to also select Priority Shipping otherwise all orders will be shipped via first class mail. If you want to guarantee a ship by date, please contact us first at hello@jmchandmade.com.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We take pride in our handmade products and ensure each item is inspected for defects prior to shipping. If for whatever reason you experience an issue with your order once it has arrived, please contact us. We will determine if your item is eligible for a return. You may return all eligible item(s) up to 5 business days after you receive it. Only items that have been damaged in the shipping process or arrived defective will be considered for a return or exchange. Custom orders are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for postage on return or exchanges.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Payment
Payment must be made at time of purchase. Cancellations may be made within 24 hours from time of purchase.
